The role supports athletes’ development and contributes to DREAM’s broader work serving youth through schools and community programs.

What you'll do

• Support structured practices and execute drills
• reinforce behavior, effort, and accountability expectations
• help athletes manage emotions and adversity
• maintain active supervision and follow safety protocols
• support arrival, transitions, dismissal, attendance, recruitment, and engagement
• assist with game-day logistics and team management
• communicate concerns to the Head Coach.
