Real Estate Transactional Associate | Community Development Finance

What you'll do

• Support the Community Development Finance Practice Group
• represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings involving low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, energy, and other state and federal tax credits
• draft senior real estate-secured loan documents and/or real estate joint venture partnership or operating agreements
• review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys and oversee paralegal title and survey review. Tennessee bar admission is required.
