Bid Manager / Proposal Manager — RFx

The role supports the Global RFx Center of Excellence by managing public-sector bid and proposal work. The role leads proposals through the full bid lifecycle, from planning and coordinating contributors to preparing compliant content and submitting responses. It helps reduce program risk and avoid delays in strategic markets by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining proposal processes and content libraries, and improving bid practices through reviews and lessons learned.

What you'll do

• Manage public-sector RFx responses, tenders, RFIs, RFPs, procurement documents, and unsolicited proposals for SaaS/PaaS solutions
• develop bid plans and schedules and manage multiple deadlines
• coordinate content and reviews with sales, solution engineering, security, legal, compliance, executives, and partners
• structure, write, edit, and format tailored response content
• track amendments and clarifications
• maintain proposal policies, processes, and public-sector response libraries
• support go/no-go analysis, win themes, executive summaries, and post-bid reviews
• identify process improvements and share best practices.
