What you'll do

• Oversee construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
• coordinate contractors, consultants, inspectors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• manage schedules, budgets, site oversight, quality, safety, and contract administration
• maintain project records and status reports
• support inspections and corrective work
• and coordinate punch lists, commissioning, and project turnover.
