The Store Manager is an onsite role based in Syracuse, NY. The starting salary is $65,520.00 - $68,790.00 per year, supporting the retail operations of a Dollar General store. This role is responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support.

What you'll do

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees

• evaluate operating statements to identify business trends
• order merchandise to meet in-stock targets
• facilitate efficient staging and stocking
• ensure financial integrity through cash control and security practices.
