The FMS Program Analyst, PEO IWS role is predominantly remote for candidates residing in the DMV, with occasional onsite meetings in Arlington, VA, and at the Washington Navy Yard. The annual salary range is $80,000–$110,000. The analyst supports the Office of NAVSEA's PEO IWS with Security Assistance Programs and Foreign Military Sales cases. The analyst prepares case documentation, conducts research and analysis, and supports implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases. The work helps case managers respond to customer and government requirements and maintain program reporting and coordination.

What you'll do

  • Draft correspondence and documentation for FMS cases
  • research and analyze Price and Availability and Letters of Offer and Acceptance
  • prepare case implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure documents
  • prepare data, briefs, reports, meeting materials, minutes, and action items
  • communicate with U.S. and foreign organization contacts
  • respond to data calls
  • travel domestically and internationally as required.
