The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in McKinney, TX, with compensation of $85,000–$100,000 per year. Evolve ABA Care is seeking a BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and monitors behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles, and uses data to track progress and adjust treatment. The role also trains and supports staff, caregivers, and families and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote positive behavioral change.
