What you'll do

• Clean assigned buildings and common areas
• empty trash
• vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• clean windows and surfaces
• sanitize and restock restrooms
• assist with event setup and cleanup
• maintain pickleball court and pool-adjacent areas
• keep janitorial closets organized and stocked
• follow building-specific health and safety procedures
• respond professionally to customer requests.

Why this role

Bilingual English and Spanish required; high school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 and pass a background check; dependable transportation required; must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Afternoon schedule includes Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute break.
