The Kitchen Prep Associate — PM, Seasonal role is onsite in Edgartown, MA. Pay is $17.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Morning Glory Farm’s kitchen, which prepares fresh-packed salads, side dishes, entrees, and soups using farm produce and local ingredients. The position assists the Sous Chef with preparing ingredients and kitchen items. It contributes to consistent food quality and safe, organized kitchen operations by following recipes, maintaining inventory, and keeping prep areas clean and stocked.

What you'll do

• Measure, prepare, and assemble ingredients
• wash, peel, and cut produce
• cut and season meats
• mix ingredients
• label products with expiration dates
• follow recipes and presentation specifications
• maintain food inventories and restock items
• date, wrap, rotate, and store food products
• set up and maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, cheese room, and/or kitchen.
