The Operations Team Member (Machine Helper) role is onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin. Pay is $22.47 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential. The position supports Avery Dennison’s manufacturing operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, maintaining product quality, and contributing to continuous improvement. Working with machine operators and shift teams, the team member helps keep production safe and efficient. The work includes sorting, labeling, inspecting, and packaging goods, preparing materials, communicating shift updates, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with basic equipment maintenance.

What you'll do

• Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods to customer specifications and quality standards
• prepare cores for machine operators
• track packing orders and stock packaging materials
• communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments
• maintain a clean work area using 5S practices
• assist with basic equipment maintenance
• participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
