What you'll do

• Administer aerosolized medication, bronchial hygiene, and oxygen therapy.
• Perform ventilator management, weaning, and airway management.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
• Educate patients and mentor new employees and students.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members in planning patient care.
