What you'll do

• Maintain inventory through daily and weekly inspections
• manage cash control, count cash, prepare bank deposits, and review invoices
• track waste
• conduct table visits
• direct and coach team members
• monitor speed of service and product quality
• train team members on station processes
• review restaurant results and uphold operational and brand standards.
