What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered using the five-rights system
• supervise, direct, and support CNAs
• monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• ensure compliance with individualized care plans
• handle and document controlled substances and medication storage
• chart in nursing notes, medication administration records, treatment records, and care plans.
