What you'll do

• Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols and electronic tour checkpoints
• maintain a visible security presence
• enforce site policies using verbal de-escalation
• follow post orders
• operate company vehicles safely
• inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas
• document and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues
• contact law enforcement or emergency services when required
• complete daily logs and incident reports
• communicate professionally with residents, visitors, clients, coworkers, and public safety personnel.
