Press Operator — Molding Machinery

The Press Operator role is onsite in Hiram, OH. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The position supports production at Duramax Marine Manufacturing by operating and maintaining machinery to produce quality products. The role exists to keep production equipment operating smoothly and ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards. Duties include setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining molding machinery; inspecting output with measurement tools; keeping production records; and participating in continuous-improvement efforts.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain molding machinery, including sand blasters, paint booths, rubber extruders, presses, and autoclaves
• inspect finished products using micrometers and calipers
• follow safety and quality requirements
