The Construction Project Manager role is onsite at the Coco Palms project in Kapaa, HI, with a salary range of $150,000–$180,000 per year. Reef Capital is restoring the historic Coco Palms Resort on Kauai. The project manager leads complex hospitality construction from planning through closeout, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, and execution. The role manages risks and quality, maintains stakeholder communication, and supports on-time, on-budget project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end construction project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• manage engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• maintain project schedules and budgets
• forecast and report costs
• identify and mitigate risks
• ensure safety, quality, and legal compliance
• serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• negotiate contracts and change orders
• improve delivery processes
• mentor junior project managers and team members.
