What you'll do

• Supervise and support Medical Assistants
• manage staff schedules and coverage
• assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
• coach clinical staff
• room patients and obtain vital signs and histories
• document encounters in the EMR
• assist with ENT procedures
• perform injections, specimen collection, wound care, medication administration, and patient education within licensure scope
• maintain HIPAA, infection prevention, OSHA, and clinical protocol compliance
• manage supplies and support quality improvement.

Why this role
