What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle estimates for ground-up commercial projects
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope
• perform quantity takeoffs and price labor, materials, equipment, and general conditions
• solicit and level subcontractor and vendor bids
• maintain bid schedules
• identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
• coordinate with project managers and preconstruction teams through handoff.
