What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures, site policies, and access-control protocols
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document activity
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and verify credentials as directed
• maintain visitor logs and reports
• communicate with site representatives, responders, and company leadership.
