• Lead and support mobile maintenance employees
• communicate daily goals and changes
• identify hazards and control risks
• coach employees and promote accountability
• support shift handovers
• supervise planners, supervisors, and mechanics
• oversee daily maintenance operations in accordance with company policies and MSHA requirements
• improve maintenance processes
• support asset management strategy
• maintain training records and personnel rosters
• ensure incidents are reported and investigated
• coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
