JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:. Responsible for all new construction, framing and finishing to both inside and outside buildings. Performs maintenance on existing buildings, barns, sheds, fences and other structures needing repair. Responsible for knowledge of State of Delaware, New Castle County building codes, permits, licensing, and inspection.
