What you'll do

• Meet with clients
• prepare estimates and floor plans using Xactimate
• manage jobs through completion
• review budgets, invoices, and labor costs
• maintain construction schedules
• coordinate with trades and management
• develop project scopes and agreements
• identify site hazards
• coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
