What you'll do

• Lead, support, train, and develop nursing and resident care associates
• oversee nursing and resident care services

• conduct and oversee resident assessments and care plans
• monitor changes in condition
• oversee medication management and documentation
• participate in quality improvement, staff development, emergency preparedness, and the leadership on-call rotation.
