What you'll do

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• use sales and marketing tools for cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations
• develop expertise in a chosen area
• manage a book of business to support renewals
• collaborate with Client Service on renewals and new accounts
• mentor less-seasoned producers
• maintain a book of business worth $500,000 in agency commissions or revenue year over year
• follow sales methodologies and use the sales management platform.
