What you'll do

• Coordinate residential solar and HVAC projects
• schedule pre-installation work, installations, inspections, and site surveys
• maintain project timelines
• update homeowners
• coordinate with building departments, utilities, inspectors, and internal teams
• monitor project pipelines and resolve scheduling issues
• arrange crew travel
• prepare permit packets
• handle field calls
• order and track materials
• maintain project documentation and CRM systems.
