What you'll do

• Oversee residential and commercial sales and refinance transactions
• review title
• work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers
• draft or review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements
• address client questions
• review disbursement ledgers and sign checks
• develop business relationships
• conduct training for potential clients in relevant real estate law.
