The Registered Nurse (RN) position is onsite in Howe, IN, with typical hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and occasional hours outside standard office hours as needed. Pay is $32–$34 per hour. The Arc of LaGrange County provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in workshop, classroom, home, and community settings. The nurse develops and implements routine and emergency procedures, coordinates residents’ health care plans, and supports staff through training and consultation. The work helps maintain residents’ health and safety while supporting required care standards and agency operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement routine and emergency health procedures
• consult with staff on health-related needs
• provide onsite training, including medication administration, CPR, First Aid, and AED training
• coordinate resident health care plans and risk plans
• monitor medications and wellness
• provide basic first aid
• order and deliver medications and supplies
• complete paperwork and monthly reports
• support required accreditation and funding standards.
