What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including painting, electrical repair, wall repair, door and window replacement, lock replacement, telephone repair, and plumbing maintenance
• respond to work orders
• maintain grounds
• track maintenance needs and supplies
• order and maintain facility supplies
• complete monthly inspection reports
• report hazards and equipment issues
• assist with safety and disaster drills when requested.
