The Packer (Cutting) — 2nd or 3rd Shift role is onsite in Dayton, OH, with compensation of $16 per hour. 4over’s climate-controlled production plants make printed materials, and this position supports the cutting department’s production flow. The packer prepares finished printed materials for shipment or delivery, checking quality, quantities, labels, and documentation. Safe, accurate packing helps meet customer specifications and keeps production moving efficiently.

What you'll do

• Work with the Cutter Operator on form and batch-cut specifications
• identify product quantities and stock to select boxes
• off-load products and ensure labels are visible
• inspect products
• count orders for inventory tracking
• box completed jobs safely and notify quality control
• organize and replenish packing materials
• prepare the area for shift change
• maintain records and housekeeping
• follow safety rules and use required PPE.
