Kennel Assistant / Customer Service Representative

The Kennel Assistant / Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Pay is $15 per hour. The position supports patient care and client service at a multi-doctor animal hospital. The role combines kennel care three days per week with customer service duties two days per week. It helps maintain animal welfare and a clean hospital environment while supporting client communications and front-desk operations.

What you'll do

• Care for boarding animals
• maintain feeding schedules and provide prescribed medication
• clean and mop kennel areas
• bathe animals
• perform general hospital cleaning and communicate with clients as needed. As a customer service representative, answer and make phone calls and assist the other CSR with tasks as needed.
