The Operations Team Lead role is onsite in Miramar, FL, with a 6 a.m. start and work continuing until the workload is complete; the schedule is Monday–Friday and Saturdays as business needs require. What you'll do

• Oversee branch operations, route drivers, and deliveries
• improve productivity and streamline branch activities
• support, coach, and train team members
• complete DOT documentation and follow safe work practices
• support closing activities, driver reviews, and team meetings
• coach upselling to help meet sales targets
• provide route coverage as needed
• and work with the Operational Leader on customer-service strategies.
