Bowling & Events Associate

The Bowling & Events Associate role is onsite in Dayton, OH. Compensation is $15–$16.75 per hour. Round One Entertainment’s Bowling Department provides bowling and event services in a bowling center and arcade environment. The associate supports department operations and customer service by managing lane and equipment use, assisting with parties and events, and maintaining clean, functional facilities. The role also handles sales, payments, opening and closing tasks, and customer inquiries.

What you'll do

• Operate the point-of-sale system and allocate bowling lanes
• lend out facility equipment
• promote and conduct marketing events under Bowling Management direction
• reset and clean lanes and activity areas
• maintain and repair bowling equipment
• complete opening and closing procedures
• manage cash tills, membership cards, and coupons
• answer general inquiries
• conduct sales and inventory procedures
• clean restrooms and shoes
• assist with party reservations and hosting.
