What you'll do

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
• perform triage and take vital signs
• document patient histories in the electronic medical record
• collect routine specimens
• administer medications and non-intravenous injections
• start IVs, place catheters, and perform splinting when necessary
• perform basic clinical and laboratory procedures
• assist with occupational medicine testing
• maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
• perform administrative tasks
• support quality assurance and CLIA-waived laboratory requirements
• travel to other locations as required.
