Compensation is $80,000–$105,000 per year. The BCBA supports Therapy Smarts’ ABA program in an established multidisciplinary clinic. The role develops ABA and parent-training services for children and adolescents, supports clinic service delivery, and supervises and mentors the Autism Service Team. It contributes to effective treatment and team performance through program oversight, supervision plans, evaluations, and progress monitoring.

What you'll do

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent-training program for young children and adolescents
• help oversee clinic operations and service delivery
• support team culture and morale
• supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance expectations, supervision plans, evaluations, and program progress and productivity monitoring
