What you'll do

• Provide professional customer support and product guidance
• maintain current knowledge of industry products, uses, and administration
• build customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and provide after-sales support
• represent regulated animal products according to labeling restrictions
• track leads, log activities, advance sales opportunities, and report or forecast
• prepare proposals and quotations and sell additional products or services
• follow up on purchases and past-due accounts
• coordinate with Sales, Warehousing, and Transportation on timely deliveries
• collaborate on customer pricing.
