What you'll do

• Conduct hands-on training and skill verification for Level I, II, and III Maintenance Technicians
• evaluate proficiency in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, safety, and operating procedures
• coach technicians and field leaders
• deliver classroom, virtual, and field training on solar and plant systems
• develop training materials and competency assessments
• collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Engineering
• reinforce safety practices and applicable OSHA and NFPA 70E requirements.
