The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing works onsite in Westminster, CO. Pay is $157,000–$192,000 per year. The role supports CesiumAstro’s development and production programs for communication systems used in satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. The manager leads strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations to support cost competitiveness, supplier capacity, and continuity of supply. The role aligns sourcing strategies with enterprise demand and program commitments while developing sourcing professionals and improving sourcing governance and execution.

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing teams and establish priorities, operating plans, and performance expectations
• develop category and commodity strategies
• direct RFQ/RFP activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and long-term agreements
• guide make-or-buy analyses
• assess supplier capabilities and risks
• establish dual-source and alternative sourcing strategies
• set sourcing governance and metrics
• partner with procurement, supplier management, engineering, finance, and leadership
• advance process standardization and continuous improvement.
