What you'll do

• Develop, train, and coach the team
• align staffing and schedules with production and testing plans
• address material shortages, equipment downtime, and delays
• track costs, output, and resource use
• collaborate with engineering to improve equipment, tooling, safety, throughput, and quality
• lead continuous-improvement and cost-reduction projects
• oversee budgets and corrective actions
• audit incoming materials and finished goods
• and perform supervisory duties including hiring, work assignment, performance management, and department budgeting.
