What you'll do

• Evaluate member loan needs
• originate conventional, construction, government, and occasional home equity mortgage loans
• monitor applications and obtain required documents
• provide disclosures and ensure compliance before processing
• build referral relationships with branches, realtors, builders, and other sources
• respond to branch referrals through CRM within one business day
• participate in community engagement
• follow lending and compliance guidelines
• prepare 90-day action plans.
