The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Lodi, New Jersey. Compensation is $18.67–$22.67 per hour. The role supports GameStop’s mission to provide gaming products and create customer experiences. Working with minimal supervision, the Assistant Store Manager supports store operations and helps build sales, guest loyalty, and repeat business. The role provides guest service, supports and trains associates, maintains merchandising and inventory standards, and supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• support associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and sales goals
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
