What you'll do

• Assess symptoms and medication response
• participate in ACT team and treatment-planning meetings
• supervise psychiatric services delivered by NPs or PAs
• collaborate with the team leader and nursing staff
• support medical screenings and wellness
• develop medication-administration policies
• educate team members about medications and health conditions
• provide brief therapy and psychiatric backup.
