What you'll do

• Work with management to supervise staff, monitor production accuracy and safety, calculate staffing needs, organize and distribute truck-selection and loading paperwork, monitor productivity and breaks, prepare invoices and reports, contribute to process improvements, minimize load errors and breakage, maintain an orderly warehouse, and assist with employee training and onboarding.
