What you'll do

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities and help ensure their safety and well-being
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
• follow HIPAA guidelines
• provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• maintain a clean and organized living environment
• advocate for resident rights, dignity, and independence.
