What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• perform transfers and repositioning
• document resident interactions and vital signs
• assist with dining and food preparation
• communicate resident condition changes to the charge nurse.
