What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• change linens, do laundry, and maintain safe living areas
• measure and report vital signs and intake and output
• assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning
• provide basic treatments as described
• support medication adherence as directed by nurses or physicians
• prepare meals
• offer companionship and emotional support
• accompany patients to appointments or errands as needed
• document care and communicate with the nursing team
• provide post-mortem care as needed.
