What you'll do

• Match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, availability, location, and personality
• build steady care teams with backup coverage
• fill call-outs and open shifts, including urgent same-day coverage
• keep clients, families, and caregivers informed about schedules and changes
• balance coverage, caregiver hours, and overtime
• help interview, onboard, and orient new caregivers
• participate in one on-call night per week and select holidays.
