What you'll do

• Complete assigned room inspections
• maintain quality standards
• complete preventive maintenance and work-order programs
• serve as the main point of contact when the Director or Assistant Director is offsite
• perform maintenance and repairs in assigned specialties such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electronics, or mechanical repair
• take part in rotating on-call coverage and work overtime or weekends as needed.
