What you'll do

• Process high volumes of automotive collateral paperwork accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and county requirements.
• Sort, organize, validate, complete, execute, and ship paperwork while following procedures and compliance requirements.
• Use proprietary software for research and data entry, resolve problems, meet production and quality goals, and respond to inquiries by fax or email.
• Communicate with motor vehicle agencies, internal departments, and clients about title-related questions.
• Flexible scheduling and overtime may be required as business needs arise.
