What you'll do

• Identify customer self-storage needs and provide solutions
• serve customers face to face
• meet monthly sales goals
• perform property walks and lock checks
• show units
• rent storage units and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments, make bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• perform basic facility upkeep and maintain a clean, safe property.
