What you'll do

• Monitor monthly and yearly enrollment goals with executive management
• assist with annual business plans, enrollment projections, and admissions budgets
• develop and update marketing strategies
• train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff
• ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies
• coordinate and participate in orientations and public relations activities
• coordinate information flow and record-keeping with other departments
• produce enrollment forecasts and historical data reports
• recruit, evaluate, and interview admissions candidates
• represent the college with funding agencies and proposals
• enroll and start students as needed.
